Look, starting a law firm wasn't exactly on my bucket list back in '08 - especially with the economy doing what it was doing. But after spending years at big downtown firms watching clients get lost in billing codes and partner meetings, I figured there had to be a better way.

The name? Yeah, it's a bit unusual. "Interval" came from this idea that legal work happens in phases - there's the quiet stretches where you're building contracts and setting things up right, then the intense intervals when deals close or disputes heat up. We wanted to be the kind of firm that's there for both.
